Waldorf Salad I chop up some Gala - or other red apples (not Red Delicious -don't use them) - and a yellow delicious or green Granny Smith for color. Chop some celery. Chop up some pecans or walnuts. Throw in some raisins, and mix up with some mayonnaise. So many people pass it up, but when you make it like this -fresh - the people who LOVE it will BEG you to bring it next time. It's really simple.
Danish Banana Bread Muffins---
1 cup oil, Mix all together in order given. Bake in large loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 or cook them as muffins and bake about 20 or 23 min. It is better to have them a bit overdone, instead of rawish. It seems like they fall in the middle a little, if they aren't all done. I have noticed that the riper the bananas the better they taste. More Gazette Recipes | |
